Job DescriptionThis is a remote position. We are looking for an Account Executive to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating directly with new clients, building strong connections, managing relationships with existing clients, identifying growth potential, and exploring untapped opportunities.
Some of your tasks will be :- Providing support for clients.
- Building and maintaining a sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth execution of client requests.
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Staying updated with industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
- Conducting regular client meetings and check‑ins to strengthen relationships.
- Developing and implementing strategies to maximize client retention and upselling opportunities.
Experience in remote work. Attention to detail and accuracy in work. Excellent sales and negotiation abilities. Proactive and self‑motivated attitude. Experience in Logistics and Transportation. Excellent communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking). Strong understanding of client needs and the negotiation process. Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
