This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager based in Amarillo, TX, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Account Manager will focus on building strong relationships with clients, managing current accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for account growth. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, addressing their inquiries, providing guidance on payment solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs.
Additional tasks involve generating sales reports and staying updated on industry trends to provide tailored recommendations.
- Strong account management, client relationship-building, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in sales strategy, negotiation, and upselling techniques
- Solid organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with payment solutions, financial services, or related industries is a plus
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
