The Sales Development team at Agent Sync partners directly with our Account Executives (AEs) and helps support the team by sourcing new opportunities and generating pipeline to help the sales team win and grow company revenue. This role gives the opportunity for continued career growth Agent Sync team has over 20 years of Sales leadership experience, and we're looking for anchors to our team's success.
Whatyou'll do:
- Generate new opportunities and sales pipeline through outbound sales tactics
- Build account plans in collaboration with your Account Executive to drive further understand of our Target Accounts
- Partner with Demand Generation to execute on cross-functional sales plays and events
- Help Agent Sync get a foot in the door at the biggest insurance companies in the world
- Become a master of prospecting tools:
Outreach, Linked In, Salesforce, Loom, Sales Navigator and more - Go through Agent Sync sales bootcamp (Agent Cafes) and receive ongoing sales training monthly
- Showcase mastery around research analysis for your named accounts
- Receive broad exposure across departments to grow your internal brand
- Call! Cold calling is large part of this role
- 1+ years combination of sales & sales development experience, preferably at a SaaS company
- Deep experience using Salesforce effectively & efficiently
- Well versed in sales best practices when it comes to cold calling, email, and social selling
- Strategic thinking around around account planning and territory management
- Experience with research analytics, working cross functionally, and attention to detail

LocationThis is a hybrid position and is open to candidates living within 25 miles of our office in RiNo. Candidates for this role will work on our hybrid schedule Tu, Wed., Th. in office, and M, F work from home.
Total Compensation- 💲 $20K on target commissions
