• Your mission? When that app hits, you’re the go‑to for structuring, teaching, and supporting, especially for our six NEW LOs from the last 30 days – they need a guru like you.
• Support the team of 18 Loan Officers currently under my wing, building relationships, coaching, and ensuring smooth pipelines.
• Lead by example: work seven days a week, 12‑15 hours a day, showing dedication and driving results.
