We are seeking a motivated and data‑driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. This role is responsible for growing our client base in the single‑family and multi‑family industry.
Duties And Responsibilities- Prospecting and Lead Generation through research, email campaigns, cold calling, and networking. Qualify leads to determine needs, timelines, and priorities. Create and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
- Sales Presentations – prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations virtually and in‑person.
- Attend conferences and industry events focused on building a sales pipeline or engaging prospective and existing clients. Address customer questions and objections effectively.
- Industry and Product Knowledge – understand and communicate the features and benefits of the Pet Screening platform. Stay up to date with industry trends, legislation, and competitors’ offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in Hub Spot CRM.
- Attend and perform sales pipeline reviews and forecast. Maintain updated account strategy and prospecting documentation.
- Achieve or exceed annual quota.
- Actively prepare for and participate in all team and cross–functional meetings.
- Other duties as assigned by manager or designee.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years proven success; experience selling to the single‑family and/or multi‑family industry preferred.
- Experience with Hub Spot, Tableau, or comparable software.
- Experienced hunter – generating leads, making calls, sending emails, completing product demos, and closing business.
- Creative‑thinking with organized day‑to‑day work habits.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Demonstrates a positive and team‑player attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced, ambiguous, “self‑starter” environment.
- Excellent critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills – able to identify and propose solutions to technical and business issues.
- Ability to learn from and incorporate constructive feedback.

- Contribute to a collaborative team by sharing ideas and process improvements, while working in a hybrid environment that requires being in the office 3 days a week. Regular attendance at in‑office team meetings and training sessions is a component of the hybrid work model.
