• As a CBG USAC Home Improvement Field Sales Representative, drive 3M sales and revenue to assigned distribution in managed territories.
• Manage multiple active sales opportunities at several end-user sites and locations.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships through a comprehensive understanding of the customer’s business/sales models to help manage and influence end-user purchase.
• Introduce new products and communicate promotions to relevant customers and prospects.
• Present and reinforce 3M value proposition to differentiate 3M from competitive offerings.
• Maintain and update a working sales plan with strategies and tactics to achieve annual sales forecasts.
• Share best practices with the team to promote a positive team environment.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
• One (1) year of combined experience in Outside Sales/Inside Sales in a private, public, government or military environment
• Current, valid driver’s license

• Account management experience;  experience is desired
• Skills in solution selling, listening, and gaining commitment
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay on task and maintain productivity while working both in-field and from a home office
• Previous home improvement / construction related experience
• Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred

• Compensation:
  The expected range for this position is $80,810 - $98,767, including base pay and eligible variable incentive pay. Actual offers depend on factors such as knowledge, skills, location and experience. Benefits information available at 3M’s careers page
