What You’ll Do
  • Drive Growth – Bring in new business and expand our carrier footprint through smart, strategic appointments and strong producer relationships.
  • Own Outcomes – Navigate the quote‑bind‑issue lifecycle from start to finish, ensuring fast, accurate turnaround on every deal.
  • Operate Like An Owner – Build and evolve Quote Well’s wholesale capabilities, especially within binding authority lines, driving efficiency and scale as we grow.
  • Work Across Teams – Partner with Engineering, Product, and Operations to design and implement tools that make underwriting in surplus lines smoother and smarter.
What You’ll Need
  • 3+ years of experience in a wholesale underwriting or production role, with a strong record of success in E&S.
  • Active home state general and surplus lines licenses.
  • Producer Mindset – You know how to sell, build relationships, and close deals.
  • Fast‑Paced Execution – You thrive in a high‑volume environment and can generate quotes and service policies at speed without sacrificing quality.
  • Clear Communicator – You write crisply, speak clearly, and can adapt your tone to agents, carriers, and teammates.
  • Organized and Accountable – You juggle multiple priorities, track every detail, and don’t drop the ball.
  • Problem‑Solver – When something breaks, you figure it out. When something’s missing, you build it.
  • Team‑First Attitude – You roll up your sleeves, help your teammates, and celebrate shared wins.
  • A valid driver’s license and openness to occasional travel.
