- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and drive sales growth
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within customer organizations
- Effectively manage territory activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and sales forecasting
- Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
- Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and telephone skills
- Proficiency with MS Office software and Sales Force/CRM technology
- Experience in the educational services industry or related field
- Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with peers and customers
- Ability to identify customer needs and present effective solutions
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
