• 2-3 years experience in B2B Direct Advertising Sales
• B2B Advertising sales such as Money Mailer, Grocery Store Advertising, Coupon Ad Sales.
• Management Experience

Duties, Expectations and

Skills:

• The main goal is to attract new local/regional advertisers & to close sales.
• Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and manage a sales team of independent contractors.
• Prospect, contact, and present product to potential advertisers.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• One call close experience a plus.
• IT literacy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to connect, engage, and work well with a variety of personalities.

Compensation Range: MANAGER

• Based on experience: up to $100,000 salary annually + commission + bonus + override (Manager).
