Estate Agency Director

• £50,000+ per year complete on-target earnings
• £20,000 to £27,000 Basic salary per year, dependent on experience
• Three months of supplementary payments to support you whilst you build your pipeline, followed by a "business builder" scheme.
• Uncapped commission scheme

You will be responsible for building and developing the Estate Agency profile in a designated core area. This involves targeted marketing, canvassing, developing business contacts, and converting market appraisal opportunities into instructions, overseeing the process to completion with support from a nearby hub office.

This role is suitable for candidates with at least 4+ years of Estate Agency experience who desire responsibility, flexibility to work from home, and career growth within a leading UK estate agency.

This is a FULLY EMPLOYED position with a self-employed style of working, giving you the flexibility to run your own area while being supported by the company.
