We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Operations Support Representative to join our sales team. The Sales Support Representative will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our sales efforts by providing operational support to our sales team and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

This is a full-time remote position with working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 7 AM to 4 PM (Indonesia time).

Responsibilities include:

• Responding to customer inquiries via email, ensuring timely and exceptional customer service.
• Handling incoming customer calls, addressing questions and assisting with enrollments when needed.
• Preparing sales materials and documentation for new course launches.
• Conducting sales conversations with customers to support the sales team during high-volume periods.
• Providing administrative and operational support to the sales team.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Tech, and Operations) to ensure smooth sales processes.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM systems and relevant databases.
• Identifying and proposing process optimization solutions to improve efficiency and customer experience.
