A leading building solutions provider is seeking a BMS Construction Sales Executive in New York. This remote role involves developing long-term relationships with engineering and contractor accounts, negotiating project specifications, and driving sales performance for BMS installations. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 2+ years of sales experience focused on construction, and excellent negotiation and presentation skills. A valid driver’s license is required.
Competitive salary range from $77,500 to $135,250.
