Client Sales & Enrollment Specialist - Remote

• Base salary starting at $40,000, with potential commissions ranging from $10,000 to $30,000+ based on performance

• Manage a pipeline of prospective clients seeking mental health services, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement
• Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) including conversion rates and quota attainment
• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective clients and address any concerns as needed
• Collaborate effectively within a fast-paced team environment to meet organizational goals
• Utilize CRM and various tech tools to track leads and manage sales processes efficiently

• Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of Inside Sales experience in digital health or a similar sales organization
• Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in the mental health field
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills with a diverse clientele
• Designated workspace that ensures client privacy for HIPAA compliance
• Availability to work a rotating schedule, including evenings and weekends as required

• Experience in sales within the mental health sector
• Familiarity with business software, including Google Suite and spreadsheet applications
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
