Position OverviewWe are seeking a high‑performing Sales Executive with proven experience in private wireless and mobile network carrier partnerships
, combined with vertical expertise in healthcare or another enterprise sector (such as transportation, utilities, or smart cities). This role is focused on driving new revenue
, developing carrier‑aligned opportunities
, and scaling adoption of Private 5G across enterprise markets.
- Drive new revenue by selling Private LTE/5G solutions into healthcare and/or other enterprise verticals
. - Develop and expand carrier partnerships
, aligning our solutions with their enterprise go‑to‑market strategies. - Build and manage a robust pipeline of direct enterprise opportunities and joint carrier‑led deals.
- Hunt and acquire new logos, focusing on enterprises where Private 5G can enable digital transformation (e.g., telehealth, connected hospitals, smart campuses, secure IoT).
- Partner with solution architects and product teams to design value‑driven solutions tailored to healthcare and enterprise use cases.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and opportunity qualification through negotiation and contract closure.
- Build trusted relationships with C‑level decision‑makers
, as well as IT, OT, and clinical technology leaders. - Represent the company at carrier events, healthcare technology conferences, and industry forums
. - Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting in CRM.
- 12+ years of enterprise sales experience
, including private wireless (Private LTE/5G) or advanced networking solutions
. - Proven success working with or selling through mobile network carriers
. - Domain expertise in healthcare IT, digital health, connected medical devices, hospital networks, or secure communications
; experience in another regulated vertical (utilities, transportation, government) is a plus. - Strong hunter mentality with a track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth
. - Ability to articulate the value of private wireless in mission‑critical environments (security, compliance, reliability, mobility).
Salary ranges dependent on location and experience level. Performance bonus also included.
LocationThis is a remote position that can be located anywhere in the US.
Recruiting Range$115,000 – $218,000 USD
