Overview
Remote Sales - Flexible Schedule, Work from Home (Glasgow) job at The Wilson Agency. Delaware, OH.
Start 2026 with a commission-based sales opportunity. The Wilson Agency is an independent agency helping families protect what matters most while offering motivated individuals the opportunity to build a flexible, purpose-driven business. This is a 1099 independent contractor position, not an hourly or salaried role.
Responsibilities- Meet with clients virtually (phone/Zoom)
- Educate families on insurance and financial protection options
- Follow up with provided leads
- Submit applications and assist through underwriting
- Participate in weekly training and mentorship
- Flexible schedule
- Commission-based compensation (no cap)
