Role OverviewThe Account Manager role is centered on cultivating strong client relationships through insightful needs assessment and impactful presentations. This position merges revenue growth tactics with effective relationship management, necessitating skills in negotiation, deal closure, and strategic account planning, while conducting market analysis to discover expansion prospects.
Key Responsibilities- Perform detailed research to identify potential business opportunities with prospective clients.
- Utilize proprietary sales tools to engage and convert leads into loyal clients.
- Initiate contact with potential clients via email to build rapport and schedule meetings.
- Conduct quality conversations by phone to identify and qualify prospects.
- Collaborate closely to craft and execute effective prospecting strategies.
- Coordinate with Sales Management and Marketing teams to ensure high-quality presentations.
- Deliver comprehensive solutions aimed at enhancing revenue and profitability.
- Effectively present and promote services to both existing and prospective clients.
- Establish and nurture positive business relationships with clients.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in account management, client partnerships, or engagement management roles, preferably within the IT/Tech sector.

Strong skills in prioritization and time management. - Preferred Qualifications: Technical background as a Software Engineer or a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related IT field. Additionally, established connections within the IT industry or other relevant sectors.
