We believe that talented sales professionals often become underpaid simply because they are in the wrong vehicle selling the wrong product. The primary bottleneck is turning those leads into sales appointments – that’s where you come in.

As a Setter – High Ticket Sales, you will focus on outbound cold and warm dialing, qualifying warm leads, screening inbound calls, and setting sales appointments for our closers. The role demands a high output, persistence, and a drive to chase the rush of a closed deal.

Responsibilities
  • Generate leads and schedule appointments for product presentations and sales pitches.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings between prospective customers and closers.
  • Attend sales team meetings and training sessions as directed by management.
  • Follow up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not commit.
  • Continuously increase product knowledge by studying the sales training center.
  • Participate in daily sales syncs via Zoom to discuss initiatives and strategy.
  • Lead discovery dialogues to identify challenges, pain points, and buying motives.
  • Build relationships with leads using a consultative sales approach.
  • Ensure leads consume pre‑call content before meeting with a closer.
  • Achieve or exceed sales appointment quotas and targets.
  • Adhere to CRM best practices for lead management, follow‑up, and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for a seamless sales process.
  • Display WFS core values at all times to contribute to a high‑performance culture.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months experience as an SDR or appointment setter in high‑ticket or consultative sales.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Self‑starter with a strong drive for success.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Excellent rapport‑building skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
