What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Execute account management strategy across assigned dealer territory, ensuring resource allocation aligns with account potential and performance
  • Lead initiatives such as new product launches, seasonal sales contests, and promotional campaigns through dealer outreach and performance tracking
  • Analyze dealer inventory levels and sales data to optimize product mix recommendations and identify growth opportunities
  • Manage strategic relationships with key accounts, ensuring top-performing partners receive appropriate support and investment
  • Maintain accurate records of dealer interactions and provide regular reporting on territory performance and program effectiveness
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Advanced knowledge of photography principles and techniques
  • 5-7 years of account management or sales experience, preferably in retail partnerships
  • Proven track record of managing complex account portfolios with demonstrated results
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends for strategic decision-making
  • Excellent relationship‑building abilities and outstanding written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Videography experience
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Hub Spot
  • Familiarity with productivity tools such as Notion and Slack
  • Background in channel partner management or distributor relationships in the imaging industries
  • Project management experience with cross‑functional teams
