What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Minimum of 8 years of sales/healthcare experience in a similar sales position
  • Current health and life license for Maryland, DC, and Virginia upon hire
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and solve prospects' challenges effectively

  • Experience in selling to self-insured customers with complex benefit arrangements
  • Proven track record of meeting established deadlines for proposals
  • Familiarity with the healthcare insurance market and trends
