What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline through various marketing activities, including attending conferences and networking
  • Oversee all aspects of the sales cycle, including proposal development, sales strategy execution, and negotiations
  • Build effective relationships with internal partners and leverage sales resources to address unique client needs
  • Stay informed about industry trends and practices through networking and collaboration with colleagues
  • Manage the negotiation process post‑RFP submission to ensure T. Rowe Price remains competitive
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Established professional network within the assigned geographical territory for developing strategic sales opportunities
  • Proven track record in developing a sales pipeline for small and mid‑market segments (Defined Contribution plans under $50 million in AUA)
  • Required to have Series 6 and 63 licenses
  • Ability to work effectively with high‑caliber executives and demonstrate strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • High integrity and a strong professional reputation
