POSITION PURPOSETo support the assigned region through profitably selling kitchen and bath cabinets on a day-to-day basis in an effort to meet and/or exceed sales and expense targets. This position offers remote work and will have primary focus supporting clients in the Eastern and Central based time zones.

Experience- Proven track record in sales and territory development with 1-3 years of experience
- Ability to build effective business relationships both internal and external to the company
- Knowledge of kitchen and bath industry with 20/20 and kitchen design experience preferred
- Strategic thinking; reasoning and decision-making abilities
- Verbal and written communication skills; the ability to be persuasive
- Presentation skills
- Effective time management and organization
- Drive, determination, and self-starter; results oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Undergraduate degree in marketing, business, or related field; experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Develop and execute account strategies to increase dealer participation, margins, and sales.
- Build and maintain effective business relationships with both internal and external clients including Dealers, Sales and Marketing, Credit, Manufacturing, and other departments as necessary to promote dealer sales.
- Service client accounts by performing regular training and effectively communicating launch information, program and product updates and offering pertinent marketing programs.
- Demonstrate an understanding and application of sales excellence strategies and value selling/negotiation techniques.
- Understanding of logistics, including carriers shipping policies and procedures to ensure smooth delivery of product.
- Possess extensive knowledge of designing, quoting, and bidding with all company products to effectively respond as a resource to customers/clients selling our products.
- Perform account evaluations.
- Provide design assistance, and effectively convert competitor quotes.
- Maintain contacts and other information using internal sales tracking system.
- Meet all productivity and time efficiency expectations through effective time management
- Assist in remote coverage of open outside sales territories as needed within the sales channel.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Some in and out of town travel is required up to 10% annually. Travel is typically by rental car and commercial air carrier. - Typically, offices out one's home in a remote environment.
- Hours may vary as necessitated by business. Occasional evening and weekend work required.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit.
