The Christopher Casanas Farmers Insurance Agency is looking for friendly, dedicated professionals to join their amazing team as a Full‑Time Licensed Sales Producer. • We give you leads!
• Call and connect with all given leads on a daily basis.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Offer and bundle and close a high percentage of the given leads.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Handle all incoming calls from customers and follow‑up.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Document each customer contact into Data.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
• Work from home — anywhere in the USA.

• Active Texas Property and Casualty General Lines license required.
• Minimum 5 years Insurance Sales Experience.
• Farmers Insurance experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual Spanish / English is preferred but not required.
• Track Record of Success, (calls a day and close ratio).

An assessment is required to arrange an interview with the Agency Development Manager.
