• You will introduce small and medium business customers to the latest high-tech 5G products and services that solve their unique business needs.
• You will interact with small and medium business customers in-store, digitally, and through outbound prospecting.
• You’ll demonstrate the value of our products and services by presenting end-to-end technology solutions to energize their businesses.
• Drive small business results by generating new business through prospecting, networking, and working leads and referrals.
• Drive small business results through the retail channel by partnering with and mentoring Consumer Retail Sales Representatives.
• Grow your customer base by acquiring and retaining accounts in the small business segment.
• Utilize solutions-based selling techniques to solve business problems for your customers.
• Engage in outbound sales prospecting and customer visits and service the needs of the existing customer base.
• Use sales enablement systems and tools to track, forecast, and manage your pipeline and book of business.

Whether you’re early in your career or an experienced sales professional, you’ll earn a competitive base salary plus target-based commissions. The commission program offers opportunity to exceed compensation plans through performance; compensation varies by geography and experience.

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Three or more years of relevant experience (work experience and/or military).
• Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree or related certifications/college courses.
• Outside sales experience including outbound prospecting.
• Experience influencing a team to drive sales results and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• People skills for influencing, negotiating, conflict resolution, and the ability to build trust at all levels.

In this Account Manager Retail SMB hybrid role, you’ll have a defined work location that includes working in-store at least five days per week.

This is a hybrid role with a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, as determined by your manager. You are responsible for complying with hybrid work policies.

The salary varies by location and experience. This is a commission-based position with potential to earn more.
