Field Sales Representative – St. Louis, MO

Remote – must live within 25 miles of the St. Louis, MO market area territory.

Responsibilities:- Work with store owners & decision makers to secure and maintain new distribution of Gorilla Energy in assigned market area territories.
- Reset shelves by cutting samples of Gorilla Energy.
- Place POS material including shelf tags, brand displays, and other point‑of‑sale assets.
- Educate store owners on ordering from Gorilla Energy DSD partners.
- Educate store decision makers on the Gorilla Energy brand and its benefits.
- Attend team meetings, usually via calls, as directed by management.
- Use the Gorilla Customer Management App to route, schedule, and plan your day and week.
- Review app reporting to track progress and follow up on DSD ordering gaps.
- Proactively share best practices and competitor insights with team members.
- Provide feedback on continuous improvement in ways of working.
- At least 1 year in Food & Beverage industry with selling and merchandising experience at the store level.
- Experience in DSD (Direct Store Delivery) distribution networks (preferred).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must have a smartphone for daily routing; company may issue tablets or smartphones as needed.
- Continued access to a personal vehicle capable of transporting up to 20 sample cases (12‑count case of 16 oz cans).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong relationship‑building skills.
The approximate pay range for this position is $65,000 – $70,000. An incentive plan is also offered for each new store distribution secured by each Field Sales Representative. Final compensation may vary based on factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.
In addition to salary and incentive plan, Gorilla Energy offers a competitive total rewards package, including health coverage, $0.67 per mile mileage reimbursement, cell phone reimbursement, and 401(k) options.
