Position

Account Executives serve as the primary driver of new business by identifying, engaging, and closing opportunities with prospective banks and credit unions (sub‑$2 billion in assets) in an assigned geography. Manage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach and discovery through contract negotiation and close—while identifying and cultivating expansion opportunities within existing accounts to increase ARR and drive revenue growth.

Target Clients

Community banks and credit unions.

Location & Travel

Location:

In‑office in Palo Alto, CA or remote office in a major US city.

Travel: 30‑50% for sales meetings and conferences.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary + commissions + equity, with 100% paid medical, dental, and vision benefits.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of selling to banks and credit unions
  • Ideal candidates have experience with CCaaS, core processing, digital banking, digital communications, conversational banking, customer engagement platforms, conversational AI, customer interaction technology, chatbots, and virtual assistants
  • Sales methodology training: MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, SPIN Selling, Value Selling Framework, Sandler, Command of the Message, and Target Account Selling
  • Skilled in using generative AI tools to enhance productivity, drive efficiency, and prepare for sales presentations, meetings, and pipeline management
