Sales Administrator

We are recruiting for a Sales Administrator role at JDR Group in North Bristol
. This office‑based role has no provision for working from home or hybrid options.

Salary £27,800 per annum (reviewed in April 2026)

Hours 8 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday (40 hours paid weekly – 1 hour unpaid lunch)

• Receiving inbound calls from customers including members of the public
• Processing orders for trade and cash customers
• Taking card payments over the telephone
• Receiving and responding to customer enquiries via email
• Creating and sending quotes
• Liaising with suppliers
• Ad-hoc tasks as required to support fellow sales team

• Office experience advantageous but not essential
• Microsoft skills (particularly Outlook, Excel) also advantageous but not essential
• Confident with a good telephone manner
• Friendly and sociable, enjoys being part of a team
