If this is you, we would love to hear from you! We are seeking a Technical Sales Consultant to join the Sales Team in Warrington. Our Warrington office (WA1) is easily accessible by car and a 10-minute walk from the nearest train station. We offer hybrid working, with a minimum requirement of 2-3 days in the office and the flexibility to work from home the rest of the week.
Responsibilities- Be the Sales Executive responsible for driving sales through our partnership channel in a desk-based role.
- Deal with day-to-day queries for your portfolio of customers regarding cash-flow.
- Engage with clients across Personal Service Companies (PSCs), Sole Trader offerings, and Umbrella Payroll Solutions.
- Contact warm leads, conduct fact-find calls, understand customer needs, and advise on the most appropriate Brookson offering (Ltd Company, Sole Trader, or Umbrella Payroll) to sign up new customers.
- Work with third-party introducers (e.g., Insurance Companies, Law Firms, direct Hirers) who refer contracting workforce to Brookson.
- Receive full training and ongoing support.
- Ideal for those seeking a sales role with provided leads and existing customer needs, in a small, specialist sales team (not a call centre).
- Consultative selling; enjoy being a subject matter expert and maintaining up-to-date knowledge. You will also educate clients due to the fast-paced, specialist nature of the sector and regulatory changes.
- Familiarity with limited companies, IR35 and the Accountant Contractor Market is advantageous but not essential; full training is provided.
- Commission is uncapped and paid monthly with no thresholds.
- Salary of £27,000
