Marketplace B2B Sales Specialist (Online tech & Software & App)
Sales Specialist who will own the entire sales cycle and help grow our vendor network. This is a hands‑on role for someone eager to hustle, cold call, close deals, and build long‑term relationships with service providers.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, prospect, and onboard new vendors across key service categories.
- Drive outbound sales efforts, including cold calling, pitching, and closing partnerships.
- Own the full sales cycle – from lead generation to contract signing and account management.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline regularly using internal tools/CRM.
- Build strong relationships with vendors and ensure their smooth onboarding.
- Monitor vendor performance, follow up on engagement, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Work closely with the operations and product teams to ensure successful marketplace growth.
- 2–3 years of sales experience, ideally within a digital marketplace environment.
- Proven track record in outbound sales, cold calling, and account management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
