This is a full-time / part time hybrid role commission-based for Life Insurance Agents based in Annapolis, MD, and all over the United States with flexibility to work from home on certain days. The agent will consult with individuals and families to understand their financial goals and recommend tailored life insurance policies and financial solutions. Daily tasks include engaging potential clients, managing insurance policy sales, providing detailed financial education, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role also involves collaborating with marketing efforts to expand the company’s reach and ensure exceptional service quality.

• Proven experience in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage
• Strong background in Finance and Insurance principles
• Excellence in Customer Service and relationship management
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to provide customized financial strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in tax-free wealth strategies or a related field is advantageous
• Ability to manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment
• Valid life insurance license or willingness to obtain licensing
