CW7 Arizona (KAZT-TV) is a local broadcast station in the Phoenix (Prescott) DMA, licensed to serve both the Phoenix area and Northern Arizona. With studio locations in Phoenix and Prescott, we host the CW Network, featuring top programs like Family Feud, Big Bang Theory, and our locally produced morning show, The Arizona Daily Mix. Our mission is to entertain, foster community, and connect local businesses and events while sharing compelling stories.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Account Executive based in Prescott or Flagstaff, AZ, with flexibility for some remote work in Phoenix as necessary. The Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing and growing a portfolio of accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities also include creating tailored advertising and media campaigns, preparing proposals, and meeting sales targets.

This position involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, perform market research, and make data-driven recommendations to clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales experience and proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and account development
  • Familiarity with media sales, advertising, and campaign planning
  • Ideal candidate would have experience in sponsorship sales, radio, print or tv sales
  • Proficiency in tools for data analysis and market research
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, plus presentation abilities
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
