Position OverviewWe are actively hiring Final Expense Tele-Sales Agents who want to build a meaningful career helping seniors and families from the comfort of home. No prior insurance experience is required—we provide training, mentorship, and warm inbound leads. This is a 100% commission role with high income potential for those willing to learn and serve.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and follow-up calls with interested clients
- Conduct virtual consultations via phone or Zoom
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate final expense coverage
- Guide clients through the application and underwriting process
- Maintain client relationships and manage follow-ups

- Excellent phone presence and communication skills
