The role is fully remote and supports the company's mission to advance cancer diagnostics and improve lives.
Responsibilities- Achieve annual product sales goals set for the territory while coordinating with the local sales team.
- Maintain accurate and timely opportunity funnel and customer data in (SFDC) with coaching as needed.
- Provide high levels of customer satisfaction through sales and support assistance, coordinating product demos, installations, and customer training with manager and mentor support.
- Work with prospective and current customers to increase Leica Biosystems' influence and presence across territories.
- Monitor and develop awareness of competitive activities and strategies, utilizing Strategic Selling tools (Blue Sheets) with mentorship and guidance.
- Develop proficiency on products, DBS, LBS tools such as DOMO, Showpad, and Territory Business Reviews.
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant sales experience.
- Proven time‑management skills.
- Proven contract negotiation and high‑level selling experience, or experience selling in a matrixed environment.
- Experience with or other CRM software; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to travel 50‑75%; overnight for territory coverage and/or company meetings.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Prior capital sales experience.
Salary range: $100,000 – $135,000. Eligible for bonus/incentive pay. Benefits include paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k).
Remote WorkPosition eligible for remote work arrangement.
