InThis Role
- Achieve and exceed the region’s quarterly and annual sales quota, strategic and unit sales mix objectives, profit goal, and market share goals.
- Provide direction, leadership, coaching, and mentoring for direct sales and solution architect representatives; advance their professional development, conduct, and sales effectiveness.
- Build a strong network with strategic customers and participate actively in regional DP sales projects.
- Recruit, develop, and train sales associates with clear performance standards.
- Forecast monthly revenue projections using the company CRM ().
- Drive standard work for funnel management in Salesforce and the DPIP (Digital Pathology Implementation Plan) process.
- 5+ years of relevant sales experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Prior management experience preferred.
- Prior capital sales experience.
- Contract negotiation/high‑level selling experience or experience selling in a matrixed environment.
- Experience with or another CRM.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- 50%–75% travel.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to travel overnight for territory coverage or company meetings.
- High‑level relationships within key accounts (including NA Top 10) in the assigned geography; relationships with Senior Hospital Management (C‑Suite), Laboratory Administration, Pathology Departments, Purchasing/Materials Management, Contract Administration, and other key stakeholders.

The annual salary range for this role is $140,000 – $200,000. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
