Commercial Insurance Account Manager - Hybrid Remote
Established agency seeking a detail‑oriented person who demonstrates clear knowledge and understanding of commercial lines insurance coverage. Candidate will be familiar with all coverage lines with both admitted and non‑admitted carriers.
Major Responsibilities- Manage a large, established book of business.
- Handle new and renewal business, including coverage review and endorsements.
- Review insurance contracts for accuracy.
- Prepare certificates, proposals, policy summaries, and reviews.
- Support sales and drive agency revenue independently or as part of a team.
- Retain all assigned accounts.
- Apply problem‑solving techniques to cancellations, claims, renewal issues, audits, receivables, and carrier issues.
- Experience working with multiple lines coverage.
- Prior client‑facing experience building and maintaining relationships.
- Experience in a brokerage setting.
- Active P&C license.
