We are hiring on behalf of the U.S.

-based organization operating within the financial sales industry, focused on outreach, education, and long-term financial awareness. The client works with individuals and families across the United States to help them better understand available financial programs through structured, consultative phone-based conversations.

The company is currently expanding their remote telesales network and seeking U.S. citizens only who are self-driven, professional, and comfortable working independently in a results-oriented environment.

This opportunity follows a performance-driven compensation model under U.S. contractor classification guidelines.

Role Overview

As a Telesales Representative, you will connect with individuals via scheduled phone calls who have expressed interest in learning more about financial programs. Your responsibility is to clearly explain available options, guide prospects through the next steps, and maintain accurate follow-up records.

This is NOT a customer service position.

This is NOT an employment role and does not include W-2 benefits or a 401(k).

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct scheduled phone-based conversations with prospective clients
  • Present financial program information in a clear, consultative manner
  • Identify client needs and explain appropriate program options
  • Maintain organized call notes, follow-ups, and activity tracking using provided systems
  • Participate in optional training and development sessions
  • Maintain professionalism, integrity, and compliance during all client interactions
