How You Will ContributeAs a Hayden Homes Sales Consultant, you will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout their home‑building journey, acting as a resource to educate them and set expectations for a successful new home build.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and guide customers on the home building/buying journey.
- Manage model home during all hours of operation, including weekends, while maintaining the model home, sales office, and community appearance.
- Use marketing initiatives to grow brand awareness with the local Realtor community and potential home buyers to generate traffic and sales.
- Participate in recurring sales training via our proprietary sales enablement platform and in‑person sessions.
- Use CRM tools to manage leads, follow‑ups, and sales activities.
- Collaborate with local sales, marketing, and construction teams, providing strategic insights and community management, and presenting quarterly business plans to builder partners to meet sales goals.
- Schedule
- Be able to work on‑site during business hours, including weekend days.
- Skills
- Passion and skill for interacting with customers in large purchase decisions.
- Comfortable with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and strong follow‑up discipline.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Specialized Knowledge / Professional Certification
- A real estate license is not required to start, but must be obtained during training in the state of operation.
- Valid driver’s license and current liability insurance are required. Reliable transportation is required to facilitate travel throughout the workday.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
- Experience
- 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or real estate strongly preferred.
- $10,000 - $43,000 annual base salary plus uncapped commissions.
- Income earning potential year 1: $60,000 - $80,000.
- Paid time off: up to 10 days of vacation per year, 5 days of Paid Sick and Safe Time (PSST), seven paid holidays, birthday off.
