• Nurture and secure new business opportunities in designated territories.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling with current partner accounts to maximize revenue.
• Find and recruit new customers and partners to grow the business.
• Focus on customer renewals and contract extensions while maintaining strong relationships among stakeholders and client organizations.
• Identify sales scenarios and opportunities to develop business to meet and exceed targets.
• Gain a high‑level profile and trust within the partner base.
• Participate in a sales compensation plan; a portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales‑related goals set forth by Arrow.

• Experience in a similar position within software solutions sales, partner organization, or IT channel sales.
• Familiarity with Cloud Software Group, Citrix, and/or competitors preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills (hunting and farming) and capacity to upsell & cross‑sell.
• Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships with clients and partners.
• Self‑motivated with a hardworking and proactive approach.
• US citizenship required by federal government contracting requirements.

This position follows a hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days per week from home.

$21.47 - $26.24 per hour.
