Insurance Sales Representative – Optavise & Bankers Life

Bankers Life® is searching for future agents to work in a fast-paced and dynamic hybrid remote environment. We help you jumpstart your new insurance agent career with programming and financial incentives. You’ll begin your journey training in our office with the ability to transition to a hybrid remote work environment when you’re ready.

• Set appointments to identify prospective clients’ financial resources and needs.
• Offer expert life and health insurance policy recommendations to generate sales.
• Provide continuous, excellent customer service to the client base.

• This is a full-time role where we compensate your work through multiple types of compensation. First‑year entry‑level agents average $40,000–$65,000.
• In the first four weeks, all new agents are eligible for $250 bonuses totaling $1,000.
• First‑year agents can also receive up to $19,000 in additional income through our sales matching programs.
• Experienced sales agents who have been a part of Bankers Life for two plus years earn upwards of $100,000+ in commissions and bonuses.

• Flexible work environment, once you complete your new agent training period, which can vary anywhere from four to twelve weeks on average.
• Set your own hours with options to work in the field, onsite, and/or in a hybrid capacity per your preference, with the support of branch leadership.
• Our training is conducted in our office by successful field leaders. Bankers Life has been named a Training Apex Award Winner for 13 years and counting.
• Bankers Life agents are provided pre‑licensing training free of charge; individuals will need to pay for the state exam required to sell life and health products in their state.
• Multiple career tracks, including benefit‑eligible management positions within the local office structure.
• No experience needed! To take advantage of our training, a successful agent possesses the following skills and abilities.

• Goal‑oriented, with a focus on achieving sales success.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
