, you’ll be on the front lines—building rapport, qualifying sellers, and negotiating property purchases using our proven sales framework.
This is not a typical sales role. It’s a rare opportunity to get your foot in the door of real estate investing, sharpen your negotiation skills, and set yourself up for a lucrative career with a clear path for advancement.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls with property owners
- Qualify motivated sellers and determine their urgency to sell
- Follow a structured sales script while building natural rapport
- Uncover seller motivations and pain points through effective questioning
- Negotiate and structure property purchase agreements
- Update and maintain CRM with accurate seller notes and statuses
- Collaborate with our dispositions team to ensure smooth contract handoffs
- Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
- Proven experience in sales or customer service with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals (phone sales or high-volume outbound calling is a strong plus)
- Prior experience in real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, or property management is preferred but not required
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to influence decisions and handle objections confidently
- Excellent communication skills —both verbal and written—with the ability to connect quickly and build rapport with diverse sellers
- Organizational skills to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and CRM tasks efficiently
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM platforms, dialers, and digital communication tools
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging with a broader range of sellers
- Coachability and hunger to learn: We are open to training highly motivated candidates who may not have real estate experience but are competitive, adaptable, and eager to master our proven acquisition process
We believe in rewarding performance and making earnings directly tied to results:
- 15% commission on closed deals under $25,000
- 18% commission on closed deals between $25,000–$35,000
- 20% commission on closed deals over $35,000
- Monthly KPI bonuses and quarterly performance incentives for top performers
Representatives who achieve 100%+ of quota within their first 6 months will be rewarded with:
- Transition to a base salary + commission + bonuses
- Promotion opportunities into senior acquisition or leadership roles
This role begins as commission-only under a 1099 independent contractor agreement. As a contractor, you are responsible for all applicable taxes and are not eligible for employee benefits during this phase.
