New Business Lead Generation / BDR (Remote) – France Region

This is a part‑time (3 days per week) freelance and remote role for an expert in New Business Lead Generation. The position is open for the French team. The successful candidate will actively outreach potential clients, build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold and warm calling, and book qualified meetings for the wider sales team.

Role Description

The responsibilities include:

• Generating qualified leads/opportunities.
• Booking well‑qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Outreach via cold and warm calling.
• Maintaining a robust sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Expertise in inside sales, lead generation and cold calling.
• Proven track record or references from similar projects.
• Experience in sales and business development focusing on revenue goals and new market opportunities (minimum 5 years).
• Strong communication skills and ability to build professional relationships.
• Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented, able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with France business development preferred.
• French language proficiency.
• Bonus: proficiency in CRM tools and sales platforms.
• Bonus: previous experience in technology (security) sector.
