Senior Insurance Sales Agent [Remote] – Kelly Agency

We are looking for a passionate, experienced insurance sales professional to join our Allstate Agency’s remote outside‑sales team. The role offers a starting base salary of $48k plus commissions and quarterly bonuses, with typical total compensation ranging from $70k to $110k in year one. As a senior agent you will have the opportunity to earn beyond those figures—”no caps” on commissions are in place.

As a Senior Insurance Sales Agent you’ll engage new prospects and build lasting relationships in the community. Your responsibilities include making outbound sales calls, managing a minimum sales quota, and working toward career advancement within the agency.

• Make at least 80 outbound calls per day and place 3+ hours on the phone each day.
• Achieve a minimum of 40 items sold per month.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue sales leads from internet sources, live transfers, networking, referrals, and marketing.
• Pre‑qualify prospects for insurability and quality of risk.
• Determine customer insurance needs, loss exposures, and coverage gaps.
• Overcome objections and close sales transactions.
• Field queries about coverage, policy provisions, discounts, pricing, and other relevant information.
• Accurately document customer files, including coverage discussions, quotes, declinations, and change requests.

• Minimum 3+ years of insurance sales experience, preferably with a leading insurer (Allstate experience a plus).
• Current Property & Casualty license (Life license is a plus).
• Strong computer skills, multi‑tasking ability, and outgoing, positive attitude.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding new business production goals.
• Ability to be a closer when needed and willingness to follow the proven system of success.
