Commercial/Multi Account Manager

Location: Rancho Cordova/greater Sacramento - applicants must live in the territory.

Applicants with some multi-family and commercial sales experience preferred. A dedicated “book of business” is not required, but having some multi-family and commercial contacts is helpful.

Total Annual Compensation Package:

• $70,000 - $110,000 potential annual income
• Generous starting base salary of $65,000 annually
• Earn commission on sold orders from day one

• Paid holidays, vacation and personal time
• 401K eligibility after 1 year

General Duties:

• Positively increase the sales revenue and profitability of the organization, through quality customer service as well as expanding the customer base.
• Determine, generate, and capture the sales outside of the organization, primarily through commercial property management companies and commercial projects.
• Identify ways to attract more prospects.
• Work to build a “book of business” and prove to potential clients that S&G is the right choice for their floor covering needs.
• Maintain existing accounts and ensure their satisfaction with S&G services.
• Develop sales tools and strategies that target key multi-family and commercial decision-makers.
• Manage projects from point of sale through final payment of invoices.
