Regional Sales Manager for in-home sales, must be able to travel up to 50% of the time. The region includes offices in Washington State & Oregon.
Travel required:
up to 25 weeks per year with up to 300 in-home ride-alongs with sales representatives.

Responsibilities- Direct responsibility for sales performance in assigned region.
- Conduct sales ride‑along training with all sales reps to understand training and development needs and improve the sales process.
- Champion the sales process within the company and branch organizations.
- Travel to markets as needed to conduct training, coaching, and assist with new rep onboarding.
- Assist sales reps in preparation of proposals and presentations.
- Prepare action plans for individuals and locations to improve sales performance and attain company goals.
- Work with General Managers to ensure they are following sales management best practices.
- Assist in sales lead distribution and show schedules for proper scheduling and appropriate distribution.
- Review job costings to ensure sales reps apply proper discounts and achieve adequate profit margins.
- Recruit, hire, appraise, discipline, and terminate all sales personnel.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Consultative selling skills.
- Apply market intelligence to sales strategy.
- Staff consulting and relationship building skills.
- Use technology and analysis tools (Excel, Outlook, web, databases).
- Executive presence to influence senior decision‑makers.
- Minimum of ten years of in‑home selling to the residential market.
- Experience in the home improvement industry preferred.
- Ability to travel 50–60% of the time.
