- Develop and execute a sales prospecting plan to penetrate target and existing accounts within the North American utilities market
- Source new sales opportunities through creative outbound prospecting and inbound lead generation programs
- Deliver product demonstrations to showcase the value of solutions to prospects and customers
- Manage the RFP sales motion from identification to win/loss analysis
- Collaborate with the Sales Operations Director and other departments to maintain the library of RFP content
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration, marketing, or a technical discipline
- Minimum of 5 years in an enterprise sales role responding to municipal RFPs
- Experience delivering product demonstrations to create value
- Proven track record of generating RFP responses
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and RFP.io or another automated RFP application
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Proven success in executing outbound targeted sales programs
- Experience engaging with prospects through social selling efforts
- A self-assured, adaptable self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
