What is Required (Qualifications):

• Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience, particularly in Insurance, Retail, or Banking
• Proven ability to negotiate and overcome objections during sales interactions
• Strong capability to work in a distraction‑free environment and provide full attention to customer needs
• High‑speed broadband internet service with specific minimum upload/download speeds
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing business needs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience in inbound sales is a plus
• Additional sales experience in insurance‑related fields is highly preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
