Outside Sales - Industrial Automation

With over 100 years in business, we are a nationwide distributor of industrial products and supplies with categories including industrial automation, electro‑mechanical, pumping, drives, motors, conveyance, MRO, hand tools, cutting tools, safety, and more. We represent several hundred manufacturers with over 15 million SKUs and no geographical restrictions we are an absolute powerhouse. Last year was our biggest year ever with $70MM+ in total revenue!

At this time we are seeking Outside Sales professionals in markets across the country who are experts selling industrial automation products including VFDs, Servos, PLCs, Motors, Conveyance and Belting systems.

• Lead sales efforts focused on industrial automation products
• Prospect through in person, phone, and email prospecting in addition to through existing relationships
• Build relationships with existing and prospective manufacturing and distribution facilities
• Work from home office and in the field

• 5+ years experience selling industrial equipment as a distributor rep
• Expertise selling industrial automation products including VFDs, Servos, PLCs, Motors, Conveyance and Belting systems as a distributor rep
• Demonstrated track record of exceeding $2MM annual sales
• Experience selling to end user factories, distribution centers, industrial facilities

• Base salary ($60‑$150k DOE), aggressive tiered commission plan, bonuses
