- Communicate with customers to understand their needs, helping them through email/phone calls.
- Build and develop relationships with customers and potential new customers based on trust and respect.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Maintain and increase revenue from existing clients.
- Liaise between the customer and internal teams.
- Resolve complaints and improve processes to prevent additional issues.
- Keep current clients satisfied and deliver exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
- Maintain accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes.
- 5-7 years of Account Management experience.
- Native Turkish speaker.
- Growth-focused sales mindset to pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities while ensuring excellent retention rates.
- Excellent communication skills for relationship and people management.
- Proficient in English with high analytical skills and emotional intelligence.
- Excellent Turkish speaking skills, along with a calm, trustworthy, and professional demeanor.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales automation tools.
- Ability to report on monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales performance through necessary metrics.
- Capable of delivering high performance and exceeding targets.
- Adaptable to an international, multicultural environment.
