• Commission-Based Role - Potential to earn $45,000 + annually (NO LIMIT)
• Guaranteed inspection pay (during training period) + lucrative commission structure
• $50 per qualified inspection (average time: 45-60 minutes)
• Earn $1,500 - $2,500 per completed job or more

We need Roofing Consultants that can cover Starkville, Greenwood, Columbus and the Delta. You DO NOT report to our office daily.

Work from home and travel 60 miles radius from your home address on average.

We provide comprehensive training in construction basics, insurance claims, storm damage, and inspection techniques. If you're coachable and eager to learn, we'll give you everything you need to succeed.

We're looking for candidates who are:

• Personable & confident in face-to-face customer interactions
• Physically capable of climbing ladders and inspecting rooftops
• Self-motivated & disciplined - you manage your own time effectively
• Reliable with transportation (personal vehicle required)
• Tech-savvy (able to use a smartphone for photos, videos & company apps)
• Lead generators - willing to build your own pipeline and work office leads
• Sales experience is a plus but not required!

• Conduct roof inspections and document damage
• Meet with property owners to educate them about restoration options
• Assist clients through the insurance claims process
• Generating new leads through marketing and outreach
• Create estimates and measure home exteriors
• Build long-term relationships with clients and the community
