The Sales Enablement Specialist supports the ongoing success of Chadwell Supply’s sales organization by ensuring our teams have the tools, data, and resources they need to perform at their best. This entry-level role focuses on sales tool support, data quality, and reporting, while also assisting with training and key enablement initiatives that drive engagement and adoption across Chadwell Sales teams.
What you will need- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or data-focused administrative roles.
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Power BI, and Sales Enablement platforms.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and process consistency.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Serve as the primary support contact for sales tools such as Dynamics 365, Badger Maps, and other enablement platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues in partnership with IT and vendor partners.
- Responsible for onboarding new users and maintaining updated training materials and reference guides.
- Track adoption metrics and provide feedback to improve tool usability and engagement.
- Maintain accurate and consistent data within sales tools and related reporting systems.
- Regularly review and audit account, activity, and contact records to ensure data integrity based on defined standards.
- Create and distribute weekly and monthly reports highlighting key sales activity, adoption, and performance metrics.
- Provide new account reports to inside sales for associate alignment and call sheet tracking.
- Partner with the Sales Training Manager to assist in developing and coordinating sales training sessions, including scheduling, communications, and tracking participation.
- Help manage internal enablement resources within LMS.
- Collect feedback from sales teams to identify future training and support needs.
- Contribute to various sales enablement initiatives, including process documentation, adoption campaigns, and performance dashboards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and IT to enhance sales efficiency.
- Participate in ongoing efforts to streamline sales tools and workflows across the organization.
