CV Organization of Globe Life is expanding operations in Arizona and surrounding states and is looking for motivated, driven, and intelligent people. Your starting income would range from $60,000 to $80,000, depending on performance.

We are seeking candidates interested in training, supervising, and managing team members. Mid-level candidates are preferred; entry-level candidates will also be considered. Experience in customer service or training is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Provide training to new and existing team members.
• Supervise and manage daily activities of team members.
• Meet with labor unions, credit unions, associations, and parent groups.
• Review family’s existing benefits, explain additional benefits, and handle enrollment.
• Support community projects through non-profits and charities.

Qualifications:

• Mid-level experience in customer service or training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently from home.
